I wasn't thrilled with the placement of the third function valve on any of the kits-it just seems odd to me to have it slapped on the side of the loader plus all of the kits will need different hoses than the ones included if you have a backhoe so I decided to make a custom setup. I put the valve under the tractor between the loader and backhoe subframe. I might make a guard at some point buy the valve is pretty well protected and high up. The hardest part was locating a valve block for a d03 valve that has pressure and tank ports on one side and A and B ports on the opposite side to make hose hookups nice and clean.

That looks like a great install and is certainly up out of the way. Very nice! What did you do for some quick couplers between the loader hoses and the valve block? Or is your loader on the tractor permanently?
