My Glow plugs were replaced a few years back also all the fuel lines.
I will try some of the suggestions given and appreciate all the time taken to help,'

These older diesels dont like cold weather. Even with decompress my B7200 cranks like crap at 10F and thats not all that cold even here in MD. Thats probably a balmy day up where you are. Hard cold weather starting was a knock on diesels for a long time. Thats why I try to keep mine indoors in the winter. Night and day difference with more modern designs.

I agree with Dan. Older diesels can be a bear to start in cold weather without a block heater. I have a JD 655 from 87' that's tough to start at 20 degrees even with new JD glow plugs. I had to break down any buy a block heater for it.

My Lister Petter 4-cylinder diesel engine has a heater inside of the air intake, and glow plugs and starts quickly every time no matter how cold it gets. It also has a block heater, but I have yet to use it since it powers the Genset that powers that house during power outages. It is an automatic start.

A Lister Petter powers your generator?
Might eventually need a new generator end, but that Lister Petter will last up to 400 years!😊
