Telematics help

So I just got delivered a Kubota excavator, signed it up with the app and it shows up. No telematics though, I can see the device there blinking lights and all. I don't have cell service where it's at, if I drive it to where there is will that help? Is there any way to manually add it to my my Kubota app? I'm going to call my dealer tomorrow if I can't figure it out. I figured I could try here.

Telematics relies on cell service. If there is none where you are trying to set it up from, that's your problem. Ask Kubota who's cell service their devices use. Some use single carrier and others are multi carriers to help get a location/data in sparsely covered signal areas.
