t 1400 hst trans fluid change

I am finally getting around to doing this and have some questions.
On the tranny case is the bottom drain plug, a large plug on the side and a removable cap and inner rubber diaphragm looking piece that cover a hole into the gear case.
Is the large side plug the filler or the overflow?
What is the top cap/plug for?
Can I use SUDT2?
How much fluid?
It looks like rain and I foolishly I drained it while parked outside so I can't move it till I get this sorted.

I read some other posts and figured it out but now the tractor will not move.
