reverse rotary

Hello,
I just get an old rotary tiller. I'm repair it at this time and I see a sticker (in Japanese) on it. It show how to mount the blade and how the blades turn (clockwise or counter clockwise). Probleme is, how to have it turn counter clockwise?
I'm trying to find info on this model but get nothing.
Can you help on this please?
