I have everything ready to go, but the gray tube frame in front of Radiator has flanges that capture radiator mounting pins in rubber grommets. I cannot figure out how to loosen/ remove this tube support to free the radiator. Tube seems to be very secure to battery tray and that does not want to come out. Help please!

take the battery out
take the two lower hood skirts off, at least the 2 front bolts on each side (12mm socket if they are original)
take the battery tray out-4 bolts, 12mm socket. They often break off (rust from being near battry)
once the tray is out you can remove the bolts (also 12mm socket) that holds the radiator support. While ya in there, and since the ground wire has to come off (it's bolted to the radiator support), fix the ground-it's often rusted, and poorly grounded. Give it a good cleaning.

Yes, that is what I found. The mounting bolts under the battery were a rusted mess, took the grinder to them, will replace with new. Thanks!
