We were away for a while so with some white stuff on the ground I decided I would drag the back blade to create a base, tractor started up just fine so I moved it out of the sea can to let it warm up for 15 or 20 minutes. The back blade right up no problem however after letting it warm up it won't lower so I took it for a couple mile drive out the road and back, still won't drop. Funny thing is it was fine before we went away. I'm wondering if there could be air in it where they installed the 3rd function. Any ideas?

Have you tried the 3 point valve located at the base of the seat? The L60 series tractors valve doesn’t take much movement to lock the 3 point.

I agree with the other two posts.
Buddy of mine had a new to him tractor with same problem - knob was turning, BUT the knob was only turning, not the shaft - as you spin the knob make sure all the parts move as they should.

Another possibility - frozen? wet weather, and moisture at that point?
