Purchase Advice for Kubota M7040

I'm trying to get a Kubota M7040 in CA from a dealer. Below is what I'd like to get. Anyone have a idea on a fair price. MSRP is around 61,000. Thanks for the help!

i have no idea about a fair price,but sounds like you need a full fledge backhoe.what is the spark arrester?is it a calif. regulation ?

Just priced a 7040 at my dealer. It was a cab model 4wd for 34K. A loader for my 9000 is 6K and a BH was 10K. About 50K for a stock rig. I don't know about the extra stuff but I don't see how it could even come close to being 11K.
