Howdy - I am in need of a grapple for a ton of brush, tree clearing. About 10 - 12 acres worth with well over 100 fallen trees. I loved everything I read about the Wicked grapples and was willing to pay the higher price but they have a 4+ month lead time. Living in Northern Utah it would arrive just about when the snow does.

Looking around I found the Prime Attachments root grapple. It is very reasonably priced and has a two week lead time. I have searched this Forum and found almost nothing on it. Wondering if anyone has anything to say, good or bad.

Thanks!
Kevin

I'm not a big fan of folks that can't show their price . These guys at Prime want you to ask for a quote . Are there hidden costs that they cant show everyone ?
YMMV

Yeah, and what's the weight of that beast? The weight is very important but I don't see it listed for that grapple.

Don’t know what weight is. Might get more specs if you download their catalog, which I didn’t do. The 1/2” thick tines make it sound very heavy; as in possibly designed more for a skidsteer or CTL v a CUT. I’d definitely check the weight to make sure you’re not giving up too much lift capacity.
