Don't know if these have been mentioned here before, but a while back I purchased a couple of sets of stainless steel stencils to use with my plasma cutter. One set for circles from 1/2" to 3", the other set is squares from 1/4" to 2". They are really handy for cutting holes with a plasma cutter. The links below are for a nozzle diameter of .430" as is on my Hypertherm. Other sets are available for different nozzle diameters.

I am in the process of building a new mount for the snow blower on my JD430. The blower was not compatible with the 430, but it was cheap and in good shape, so I had a local shop adapt it to my tractor. It works, but with just a single point of attachment, when I raise the blower, it greatly increases the angle of the u-joint at the gearbox and causes a lot of vibration. The factory mount for the 430 compatible blower uses a parallelogram type mount that keeps the drive shaft angles at both u-joint equal, so it doesn't cause any vibration.
So I cut some 3/8" X 2 1/2" bar stock for the parallel links, drilled 3/4" holes for the pivot pins and used the stencils to round off the ends, make them more finished looking and satisfy my fabrication OCD.
