If you are looking for B7100 parts, check the Springfield Mo craigslist under Farm/Garden. Not mine, but someone is parting one out. Dash, fenders, wheels & tires, steering wheel, hood. Looks like its in descent condition. Good luck. I might be able to help with pay/shipping. Might.

Before he decided to part it out, you could have bought the whole thing for $1200. That's with a completely rebuilt engine the threw a rod right after the rebuild. Now he wants $700 for the engine.

D2cat; That 1200 bucks also included a FEL. Then somebody put a bug in his ear and he jumped the price to 24,2500 bucks. Asked 1600 bucks for the Fel, sold it, then dropped the price of the tractor to 1500, then 1200, then broke it down for parts. Wish I could do stuff like that.

Also, one of his ads said that there was a hole in the block...

Zuric, you can do that! It's not nuclear physics, it's just taking a tractor a part and selling it piece by piece!

I just wonder why, after he rebuilt the thing, the engine gave up. That's the part of the story we don't know. Just takes, wrenches, space and time...oh and a tractor!:D

D2cat; Never been a salesman. Couldn't sell a gold bar, if I had one . Always seems like people want a complete history of the item, along with a guarantee for the next 5 years ! Sold a car to a guy, he came back a month later complaining that the starter went out...did I have one to give him ?

Back to the b7100..if I knew that the 3 point arms would fit my B7000, I would try to buy them from him.

I recently bought a Massey 202 Workbull with FEL for a thousand bucks, basically dead. It would start, then die. Power steering hose was busted, hydraulic system very low on fluid. Clutch pedal was hanging all the way down..clutch appeared to be stuck. Rebuilt carb, changed all fluids/filters, replaced hose...clutch is mounted on a rod to the clutch fork, held in position by a bolt/split at the mounting. Loosened it, rotated it back in position...got clutch !! tractor banged off and ran like a new one. All gear smooth with no noise.FEL ran up and down like it was supposed to. After engine got warmed up..oil pressure dropped to nearly nothing.
Now I get to split it and replace inserts/mains...AFTER plugging in another gauge to check pressure.

Does the Massey have the Continental engine? About 40HP? That engine was used in some of Ditch Witch's trenchers. It was/is a good engine.

That 202 is an industrial rated tractor, isn't it. Often used in feed stores and fertilizer loading situations?

Hey, don't up there to buy those B7100 parts, it's too close for you!:D

Yeah, HP varies from 35-40 depending on source. Continental Z-134, gas engine.
Tractor has straight front axle, to carry the heavy duty FEL..rated 2900 pounds of lift. Rated as an industrial model, much heavier then the Massey 35's I have. Years ago, I rebuilt another T0-35 Z134, and a friend and I converted the by-pass oil filter to direct filter set-up..interesting project, it was.
