Have you not been letting it do it's regens?
Follow the OPS manual.
And if you have been letting it do regens and it's under warranty, Haul it to the dealer.

P3001 is populated when T1 (after DOC)(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) – T0 (before DOC) ≥ 250 °C and the machine is not currently performing a regen. The DOC is heating up, whether it is from incorrect EGT sensor readings, over-fueling, or not getting enough air in the combustion chamber.
