inspected water pump, seemed ok. changed temp sending sensor, after 20 minutes buries the needle ( electric style) . put manual gauge at gooseneck, it reads less than 190, put gun at foose neck reads about 200, 186 at bottom outlet. replaced fan belt. Leaning towards replacing the radiator but can't find anything on procedure. looking for help. does it come out the top, which means canopy has to come off and the shell/hood or does the back counter weight come off and it slides out the back.

That 186 at the bottom outlet is a huge problem - you should have 100 degree (F) drop.

- clean that radiator INSIDE and OUTSIDE ......

Empty and and fill with vinegar and run and empty and repeat - all with distilled water, last round JUST distilled water, Then fill with the ol 50-50.

Outside - get some HVAC cleaner spray - hose and repeat.

I think based on you temps - a new radiator MAY be needed or cored IF you can find someone that still does that.

yes those tubes are so small. I'm trying to see how to get it out and how much I have to dismantle to get it out. Thanks.
