M8540 fuel solenoid and working lights not working

I have a m8540 with a cab and I’m not getting power to the fuel shutoff solenoid. Check the fuses and relays and they are all good. I think it is a grounding issue but not having any luck finding the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Look at the top right of your screen at the envelope.
