Finally get a day that's over 50 and not raining and start mowing. Within 20 minutes I notice a fare amount of hydraulic fluid coming out of the gear shifter. Is there a trany vent that's maybe plugged. If so can someone tell me where it is and how to get to it. Thanks

Probably is a clogged vent on the transmission case.

My L185 vent is at top side of the transmission case under the seat looks like a tube bent into question mark and on its side

Could also be too much liquid in the transmission if tractor sits outside and water has gotten into the case. Fluid will look milky to chocolate milky

You may be able to look at Kubota dot com illustrated parts list and locate your vent
