Considering they have been making that model since 2013 and it's still in production, And I've never heard of any major complaints, I would say yes it's a historically reliable model.
I just bought one without any concerns re reliability or performance. A friend has had an M7060 for seven or eight years and recently sold it along with his house and 40 acres. The only problems he had were that he was so hard on everything that he broke numerous implements and even the rear glass, but the tractor didn't miss a beat.
I started a thread about an M7060 for sale near me. The owner has 550 hours on it and has had it for four of five years with zero issues. The M6060/7060 appear to be very good tractors.
