Anyone with thoughts on blade for lx4020? Width of rear tires is about 60”.
I’m wondering if 72” angled is too short and if I should go for an 84”.
Any brands or recommendations?

How important is it for the blade to have offset and tilt? I’m mostly going to be using this for snow at this time. But like anything may find uses for it down the road other than this.

I’m not trying to further break the bank, so I’m fine with used as well.

Looking at these. Blue one is 7’, old, only angles.
Red one offsets and angles. 7’
Yellow is 6’ and I think moves in all ways

Movement in all directions is preferred. Whatever you get, be sure that the boom is long enough that you can spin the blade 360* when connected to the 3pt. The heavier, the better.

Good luck with your decision. :)

I have the lp 1684 on my lx2610 and use it primarily for snow removal. I also have the hydraulic kit on it which makes it nice for not getting out of the tractor to change positions.

Time to update the equipment list to include the LX4020. ;)

I had an RB1572 when I had the BX, and then upgraded to a very nice RB3796 but sold it when I sold the MX6000HST. The RB3796 had the offset feature and last year I found a used Buhler/Farm King 8ft blade with three-way hydraulics (angle, tilt and offset) that has proven to be a really good implement for me.

I would think that an RB1684 or RB2684 or similar product from another manufacturer would work well.
