So, i just got a new machine, i am wondering if there is a way to control the drop of the float on the loader to slow it down? Seems to drop very fast and slam on ground. Wondering if there is a similar setting to 3pt valve drop that i can adjust to make the loader drop easier and not slam the ground.

Congrats.

Nope. Not that I can think of. Just use the regular loader drop until you get close to the ground, then push it into float.

Float position is not intended for lowering. You use pressure to control lowering speed. Float is engaged once the koader is on or very near to the ground. The behavior of your other loader was an anomaly.
