Hello, I just bought and received a pair of 2" Bora rear spacers for my LX2610. I wanted to install them this weekend but ran into an issue with the size of my sockets fitting into the Bora wheel spacers. The tires are installed with 22mm bolts(4) and two studs with 22m nuts. My standard 22mm socket doesn't fit into the holes in the wheel spacer. I ordered a thin walled socket to see if this would work, however, concerned that the Bora studs and bolts are considerably smaller than the original Kubota bolts and nuts. The Bora hardware is about 2mm smaller. The bora studs and nuts are tapered whereas the Kubota are flat with lock washers. Anyone else run into this situation? Thank you.

The tapered nuts/bolts that come with the Bora spacers are what is used to attach the spacers to the tractor. I was able to use regular non-impact style sockets to fit in the spacer holes. The flat hardware from the original tire mounting is what is used to attach the wheels to the spacers.

I've got the LX2610 with the 60 mmm. It looks like I can add rear spacers without any clearance issues. Has anyone added spacers with a mmm?

Thank you RMS. It really looked deceiving with the 22mm larger head bolts and nuts. I wanted to have all the right tools in place before starting. Just checked the bolt and nut size and determined all is well. The thread size is the same (even though the heads are larger) and I can use my standard sockets. I am a new tractor owner and this is only my second small modification to this LX2610. Thanks again!

Glad to help. I was going down the same path until the parts guy at Napa explained it to me when I was looking for a socket to fit in the bore.

I have the same setup.

I am wanting 2-1/2" spacers.

Do you know if they will clear?

Sorry, Im not sure. It looks like they will. I have r4 tires and moving them out 2 inches doesn't seem like I would have any problems regarding clearance with my 60" mmm.

The torques are listed on pg 119 of the owners manual
Nuts on the front are 57 to 67 ft lbs
Nuts on rear are 123 to 141 ft lbs
Bolts on rear are 145 to 166 ft lbs.
Thanks. I was led astray by someone that posted those numbers were not in the owners manual and only in the service manual.

We could not find the torque specs in the service manual.
