My lever for moving the rear 3 point linkage on my M5093 is a little stiff in movement for my liking. I’ve followed the cable to the pictured spring/ arm. Was wondering if loosening the 2 screws on the spring would give a less stiff lever movement?
If not, what else could I do to soften the lever movement?
Thanks. View attachment 57937

If possible use a spray lube there to see if it helps. I don’t see any corrosion in the picture but I think I would use some penetrating oil and then see how it works then lube it with some dry lube to keep it cleaner

I would not loosen any mounting bolts for the spring.

Lube first as others mention...

Might need some cable lube. They sell it for motorcycles(clutch cables). It sprays from the top side and penetrates the cable to lubricate it against the sheath.

Let it remain As-Is.... or you risk creating another new thread asking how to stop the 3-pt lever from “drifting”. IMO
