Several ways.....

but none as easy as having stem at 6 o'clock and giving it a little push.

Not trying to be smart ass - but you did ask, you can take the tire off the tractor, you will know quickly.

Another way is wait for a very humid morning after a cool night - the tire will actually sweat a bit, the water will condensate on the rubber skin.

Curious - why would you not just give a little push on the valve?

Because I just purchaed, took it to the farm about 150 miles away and put in shed and wife is sick and I can't go there for a while.

I would think you could knock on bottom of tire and also on top half and see if you hear a difference….not sure that would work but I don’t see why not…works on dry wall and studs…in the case of tires I would think it should sound different below the fill line.
