Land Pride 12 series Rotary Tiller.

Any Pros or Cons for a 66 in. Land Pride 12 series Rotary Tiller on a L3301 HST? Have soft dirt and/or hard clay undersurfaces. with a fair amount of small wood debris and probably some flush stumps here and there. Will go stump hunting prior to use but some are under surface after oil pipeline work. Dealer wants $2,400 and won't budge.
