My l4330 gst recently quit recognizing gears 1-8. Won't go in any of the lower gears when manual shifting. Was told it was a problem with the electronic shifter by a mechanic that looked at it while it had a dead battery. Said if I replace battery might fix itself. It didn't. He also said may need to reset the electronic shifter. If this is not too difficult to repair then I can do it and save money from bringing it to the dealer. Would appreciate any help. Thanks

There's a 4630 manual online, it's the next series, whether it has any relevant info you can use, no idea, may be worth a look if you can't fined a manual for yours.
