Did you replace the fluids? AND now a problem?
Sometimes when replacing fluids - you need to let the tractor run and sit for a bit, the hydraulic pump constantly pushes the fluid through the open system and bleeds the air if any out.
Give us a little more details as to what is not working and or what caused the problem.

You don't need to do anything to bleed it, that hydraulic system is self bleeding, just run it.
