I am looking to replace my existing turf tires on my 2005 L3130. Front 27x8.50-16 rear 355/80-D20. I have found some replacement for the Front in a 6ply at $185.00 each (ouch!) but I have been having a hard time finding the rears. I know i can not put a size that is different then the original since it is 4WD. or if i change sizes the ratio would have to match. I found a site that has a recommendation. 41x1400x20 4 ply Titan Multi Trac C/S turf tire.

They are not open right now so i will call them and see if actual size in outside circumference is the same as the stock ones.

Wondering if anyone has a suggestions other then checking with the dealer?

Has any one bought and used another brand other then the stock brand?

Where is the best place to buy replacement tires?

I think it is $185 for the fronts. Seems a bit steep and have not even priced the rear.

thanks

If you think that $185 for the front is steep you better go to the doctor and get some nitro pills as the rears will run you in the range of $750 each.

You have a very limited range of tire sizes available to you regardless of the maker.
I wouldn't worry about who makes it, just if it's available in the size you need.

If Grove City, Ohio is close to you go on EBay there is a set on rims for $450 each, you will just need to get a can of spray paint to make the rims look good on your Kubota.

I really don't have a problem with the money for the tires and the rears I totally get. it just that for about the same money i am able to get top of the line 10ply truck tires for my 1 ton truck.

The main question is, has anyone ever used anything other then the stock turf tire and if so which ones what size and how did they work?

Is there a place or site that list alternative tires? seem odd that the site i listed seems to have a completely different size they are suggesting.

Wolfman, Thanks for the lead on the rims but mine are in great shape. Just need the tires.

Thanks

Luke
