Hey guys,
I have a chance to get a 2000ish l3010, 4x4, HST, 72"belly mower, 1200 hours for 8,000. I haven't seen much information regarding this tractor. Is that a good price? What should I offer? Its in excellent shape. Zero rust, stored in heated barn.

You can not go wrong with any Kubota, old or new - parts availability is strong. If it was me, I would need a loader... Have you checked to see if Woods or Westendorf Manufacturing. I guess, does not having a loader work for you?

A close neighbor of mine bought an L3010 six years ago and it's a great tractor. A bit on the larger size... What tires does it have?

I'm needing it primarily for a mowing tractor. I have 10 acres that often get very wet. I've seen a la481 loader go for 2500$ so I'm going to keep a lookout for one. That way I could still be under 10k with a loader.

It currently has turf tires

Thats how I feel. I had a few b6000s, b6100s, and b7200s. I love fixing them up and unloading them. Hopefully this will be a winner as well. Ill probably hold on to it for years.... how I figure, im getting a badass Grand L series mower for 7300$

Well, MSRP on a new L3301 4x4 HST no loader or mower is $20,000 so I'd say the price is good, if it's what you need. Are you willing to wait for a loader and won't be crippled if one doesn't come up? Tires have been mentioned. Will the mower do what you need and will you be needing to take it off often?

For 10 acres, do you really want a MMM rather than an RFM or a batwing? 10 acres often means it's not all that smooth. My theory is that for a given HP you can either run a narrow mower fast, or a wide mower slow. If it's bumpy you really want the wide mower slow. But wide usually means RFM.
