These are made from 1/8" steel, laser cut and powder coated in a 2 step process including primer. These fit L series and MX Models. I am currently working on a new batch as we speak and they should be available in about a week. The cost is $325 including stainless hardware and Fedex shipping

Very nice, much better looking than the expanded metal. Could they be shipped UPS as fed ex cant seem to find my house. Could the star be changed to a K, or can that part be customized. The Texas crew will love that star I bet.
I would guess copyrights would be an issue with a "K" - I wonder if the older emblems would work?

great idea OP! I agree on star delete. If you make these for B series you'll prob sell a bunch too, the stock brush guards are a joke. Nice alternative to re-fabbing it as DIY.

Which B? I finished a design for the 2320 this morning. Fits the other 2 20 series as well.
The 60 series is in the works as well. Picking up the factory guard tomorrow to base my design off of.

I have avoided making anything that could be considered copyright infringement. I am not currently set up to do full custom work. I just donhave the time. I make these in batches which is tough as it is. I would like to in the future but just can't right now. I could ship with whatever company you prefer. I have a grill that is the exact same without the star as well. I should have those done in the next week.

What are you asking for your basic brush guard (no star) for an L3901?
How thick is the metal used in the guard?
Finally, does it also come with the stainless mounting hardware?
