curious.....
low power would imply not enough oil getting to the motor but assuming everything else is fine, kinda eliminates pump,lines, valves....
low power... so if going straight,both levers full forward, it slowly turns to the right ??

hmm, silly idea.. if the track is worn maybe it's 'slipping' on the drive sprocket ? Maybe not enough tension on the track ( put more grease in the tensioner ). I'm assuming rubber tracks..... I have seen one where the grease Zerk came out and grease did come out.....
