Kubota K008-3 Hydraulic Issue

Kubota K008-3, 2012 mini excavator started having arm movement issue without cause. Everything works well except right hand forward (Main Boom down). No power there. Barely moves now. Anyone able to give me some advice as to wha I should be looking at?

Remove the cover and check the linkage.
