Get it exceptionally clean, take everything off that you reasonably can, use lots of paper and masking, wipe down thoroughly with laquer thinner, and do an automotive quality paint job (use hardener).
Yours is a sweet looking little machine, that deserves quality treatment!

I wanna paint the backhoe what would be the easiest way?

It wasn't easy, but when I did mine, it was disassembled down to individual parts for rebuilding.
Tons of work, but relatively easy to paint.
