You're going to need to describe what part you need better.
Your B7001 does not have anything called a cog.

A friend was checking the front hub and when he took it off the gearing inside is all worn.i know nothing about tractors at all! Perhaps it's called a sprocket? He said as no oil was in the gearing Box the cogs had sheared off

Sprockets are for chains.
You have gears with teeth. ;)

Count the number of teeth on each gear.

First thing @rustydusty is to make sure you have a B7001, a lot of people think they have a B7001 when in fact they have a B7100.
Can you give me the complete serial number that is stamped on the clutch housing by your left foot.

This is for the B7000, I have no idea how close if at all it is to the B7001?

Depends on the serial number of the tracktor. I do have a Kubota B7001DT but the serial number falls into the B7100DT series so I can purchase parts in the USA. Messicks in Pennsylvania will have a free parts diagrahm for the B7100DT Or you can try Stavros Sava and Sons in Cyprus and see what they come up with.
