Seems like HST transmission is slipping. Is there something I should be looking for, or is this something that need to go into shop?

I'd probably start by making sure the brake isn't set. From there I'd check the clutch adjustment. You should have in inch of free play - give or take - before you can feel the pressure of the clutch itself. Also, be sure the range selector is engaged and your fluid is at the proper level.
