What transmission does your tractor have?
Does it have a loader? If you have a loader, where does the loader get its hydraulic power?
Why do you think the pump seal is leaking?
Did the leaking start after some work or changes were done on the tractor?
Failed pump seals on comparatively modern tractor often follow some hydraulic incident where the pump was dead headed.
The pump on your tractor is a constant displacement style which means it has to discharge x .c.c. of oil for each revolution of the pump shaft or something breaks immediately.
The pump is mounted on the outside of the tractor so access does not require splitting the engine and transmission.
