Hydro oil best changed hot or not?

Engine oils always specify hot change. Have not seen anything in KUB world on that? Getting ready to do LX2610 50 hr. Hydro fluid FILTER change.

I warm up my hydraulic fluid before draining.

I would imagine most any fluid would drain better warm.

As to the importance,opinions will surely vary.

The hydraulic oil should be thinner and drain better when warm. That is the reason for changing engine oil when warm.

Since you will not be draining and changing the oil, cooler more viscous oil would make less of a mess/loss.
