Hydraulics for a B1400

Hello all.

I have a little B1400 that to now has done all i need but i now find myself needing the occaional use of a front bucket.

The tractor only has hydraulics on the 3 point lift and no take offs to clip a buckets lines to.

So, has any-one retro fitted 2 nd use hydraulics on one of these that could offer a clue how best to tap into the existing hydraulics and do this?

Adding remote hydraulics to B1400

OK - that confirms the tank port is being used as a high pressure carry over to the 3pt. Not according to Hoyle but its been working so apparently that loader valve can handle elevated tank pressure. You could simply replumb the tank hose from the loader valve to the pump port on the backhoe...

Thank you. I am still looking into this. It just went on the back burner. Coming to the fore again as i was doing a bit of ploughing with it today and started thinking it over again. I will have a look at that link, cheers.
