Hello!
I have a BX-2200 and ran into a problem. The transmission works fine, however I can't move the bucket or the mowing deck up and down.

Any ideas?! Thanks...

Check your fluid level. The filter is on the bottom, hope you didnt run into something and loose your fluid?

Check the suction pipe to pump. There is a filter in the hard line bolt. There is a rubber line to the pump. If it is not fluid delivery to pump you might have a pump drive issue. Do the hydraulics throb at all when you use the levers?

I would have to look at my workshop manual, but believe there are two hydraulic pumps, one dedicated to the HST. And one for operating the hydraulic cylinders, including the 3PH.

Follow the the advice given above, with the understanding the issue is likely related to the pump that powers the hydraulics which is separate from the HST Circuit.

I occasionally had a similar problem with my BX22, and every time, it was a hose disconnect that had come disconnected. Reconnected, and everything worked properly after that.

On a BX series, the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the priority valve which supplies the steering circuit first. Steering return oil is used as the charge pressure for the hydrostat pump., which is why you have steering and transmission operation. After the steering circuit is satisfied, the priority valve sends oil to the loader valve which in turn supplies the 3 point hitch. Your failure is related to the loader/3 pt circuit.
Check your couplers as others have stated, that is almost always the problem.

Yeah, I had that happen also. Disconnected and reconnected all the quick connects and worked fine
Thanks guys! One hose popped, like it had pressure locked in it. I disconnected them all, reconnected and everything works again!! I was planning for the worst, you guys made my day / weekend / spring clean up!! Thank you again.....!!!!!
