I have an older (2007 maybe) BX 2230. The fuse for the headlights, clock, and fuel gauge constantly blows. It has been to a local dealer twice and all they have done is replace the fuse and once replaced the headlight switch. Sometimes I might get a couple days out of a new fuse. Sometime it blows immediately.

I have traced all the wires that I can see and no cuts, breaks, shorts are found. Any suggestions?

Yup, the cut, break, short is where you can not see.

Bypass the wiring harness with another wire from the fuse to the clock, etc. If something else quits working when you do that, then you will have somewhere else to look.
