Only had one interaction with them (Titan). Bought an SSQA plate for my snow plow and it wouldn't fit my L4240. They did make it right. The replacement was constructed differently. Looked like the two plates were made by two different entities. When I spoke with them I got the impression they don't make everything in-house and it sounded like they may have had problems with a vendor.

You'll be surprised how quickly you will get stuff from them.
I'm in AR also, and Titan ships fed ex from Memphis... In fact, their yard is just down the road from the fed ex depot.
I've received my orders in three days on average.
