Periodically I see complaints about dealers so I thought I would share some great comments. I have done business with Ewald Kubota for over 20 years and bought more product than the average bear from them . Having gone through several BZ and B series tractors last fall I upgraded to a cabbed “L” and could not be happier EXCEPT for the seat and like most if not all Kubota compact and sub compact tractors the seat is marginal. I have told the dealer and in fact Japan based Kubota engineers. The dealer has tried several replacements and they are all the same. Bottom line they are shallow (butt to knee) tend to tilt you forward and the back pushes you forward. The best standard seat is on my ZD 1211. Yesterday the dealer called and said stop by, I did and he said how about if we build a custom bracket and mount a ZD 1211 seat I said great Im willing to pay for that. They just happened to have an extra seat so they said the cost would be minimal …… that is great service . Oh why so picky about seats? I. Just shy of 80 and have severe damaged, service connected, in 8 separate places in my spine and I won’t slow down. Bottom line if you ever need great sales and service Ewald Kubota won’t let you down, of course that said they are suffering from low inventory like everyone else Sorry for the length

Welcome to the forum!

Back when I purchased my 1st Kubota B7510 in 05 I upgraded from a 345 John deer.
The biggest reason was the seat "well that started it" but even then kubota did not have a nice seat on the B. My dealer give me a seat from one of the larger tractors that supposedly was damaged in transport .. I could not find a thing wrong with it. I had to modify things to make it work and had fun doing it but it was great! It had the weight adjustment suspension and looked as if it came on the tractor and Should have!

I have been really happy with Nova international in Alysford NS Canada. 1st new tractor but they have seemed to prep the tractor correctly and have been fair and honest in the deal. Better than many of the stories I have read on this site.

Nothing but good things to say about Riddle Tractor in Winston-Salem, NC. There are good dealers out there.
