Front weight ?

Is 200 lbs. ok for a front weight on my L175? I can stand on the front bumper and it feels rock solid and I'm more than 200 unfortunately.

Depends on how much weight you're trying to lift off the 3pt hitch. 200 may be a little over kill then again it may be just enough. I dont see it hurting anything seeing how a loaded weighs far more then 200lbs.

I have a 4' box scraper on the back now and if I take off to quick the front end hops up.

Throw 200 on it and see how it feels. Play around with the weights and adjust it until it feels right to you.
