I have a f2560 with a d1105 engine that is bad. I found a d1105 turbo engine to replace it. I was wondering if that would work or should I keep looking. The turbo will have more hp and more rpm. 25to 35hp and 2700rpm to 3200rpm.

Yep should work like a charm!
The only issue I see is your going to have to rework the air cleaner and exhaust piping and setup.

And be careful about PTO speed. Some implements are fine to run faster, some need to be at 540 rpm, so you'll have to manage revs when using them (can't run WOT).

It turns a hydraulic pump. I was Wondering if I need to change out governor or try and change rpm. I wasn’t overly concerned about the hp increase. May try and decrease high end rpm. If that is pot

No need to change governor, (also don't because they may not be the same), just adjust the stop on the throttle if it's revving too high.
