excavator KX121-2 kubota torque specs slew ring bolts

hello all i have a excavator KX121-2 kubota and have tightened and replaced slew ring bolts several times'
Anyone know the torque specs maybe I need to tighten them a lot more than I have??
And does someone sell mayby a special line up bolt to EXACTLY center the hole before installing bolt

My 121-3 calls for 224 ftlbs and 271 (red) locktite.
