Have you ben getting any fishing in?
No fishin skeets, still swinging a chainsaw, dang Fiona hurricane sure made a mess of the land here and I can tell ya what used to take me an hour now takes me more than that just to recover and we ain't talkin the fun stuff. Stopped in to see my friend yesterday that lets me hunt on his land, said lots of deer but not sure on bear yet. Right now too hot and humid to do much of anything. How about yourself, any trout?

Welcome to old old age my friend, what ain't broken is bent. Last few years I hunt by myself, once I talk myself into the 45 minute drive there I'm always glad that I went when I'm sitting in the blind or tree stand. I can only use the bow where I'm hunting, I had 2 nice 10 points and a beauty seven point, just borderline within rang so I let him walk, sorry no day time pictures, for some reason the camera didn't take a picture when he stood perfect broad side in front of me for minutes. Maybe this year

I dont see many like that around here,, they are here but I never see them,, lol
Yesterday I was watching a little 4 point, he might be a small 6 by the time he sheds out And a couple does with fawns rolled through behind him, and a big old doe I know she is old, cause her muzzle is gray almost white. This year I have seen several does with 3 fawns 2 is pretty much normal, 3 not so much. She eases out of the wood line, with 3 black fawns, at first I thought they were small goats or sheep. Nope 3 black fawns, the other ones were, brown but these guys were black! I did have a pie bald doe around for a couple years but I have never seen a black one before. Going to be interesting to see what happens to them. Stay safe my friend and give your lovely bride a hug for no other reason than you can
