Do Kubota dealers ever discount off list price these days.

Hi,

son in law law is considering a BX23s.

Curious if sticking strictly to list price is common these days. There are about $1200 in incentives offered, and free delivery, no adders like prep fees or anything.

Been 16 years since my last purchase so I do not have a clue.

Call me curious....

There are a lot of factors, cash purchase vs financing, kubota incentives, time of year etc. you should decide on exact specification and any extras and then shop 3 dealers. I would anticipate 10 to 13% discount from list as realistic.

I suggest asking for your first 50 hour service to be included for free. Id also ask for a complete set of spare filters and the Work Shop and Operator manuals in PDF format. And a steering wheel spinner and Kubota hat.

I didn't beat them up on price one penny (the three I got quotes from all discounted what seemed like the standard discounts). After the numbers were all set, I got the filters and fluids for the first 2 services, a few hats, a sweatshirt and a Kubota spinner.

In my area, the MSRP on Kubotas site is what all dealers are quoting the last 3ish years. Likely the Tariffs...

They’ll throw in loaded tires, delivery etc... for ”free”.

Having a hard time justifying the L2501 over the Massey 1726E right now, Ill wait until next Spring before I sell my BX23S and re-price then.
