Hey guys I'm new to the forum and was curious if any one has any info that would help me out. I have a Kubota l3901 tractor with the diesel 38hp engine. Seems to regen more the I like to deal with.... is it possible or do they make any kits like they do for my pick up so I can delete this system. Any info would be a preciated. Thanks in advance.

I haven't heard of any delete kits for the L3901.

How often is it regenning? In 16 regens, the ave is 13.1 hours between regens. Is the regens causing you some kind of problems doing the work that you are doing during the regen? The only thing I have had to do is increase the RPMs, but that is mostly in the winter time.

When ever tractor goes into it's regen the power loss makes the tractor nearly unusable. Hoping there may have been a dummy sensor or some thing to be able to remove def system.

I think you have an issue with your tractor. The power loss during a regen is not noticeable on mine. Other than the smell, I can't detect any change.

Mine is an L 3301, one neighbors is an L 3901 and when ours regen you don't even know it does it other than the flashing light which goes out when engine speed in increased. Mine usually regen about every 15 to 20 hours but if I run it above 2000 RPMs it has went almost 40 hours

what is it doing exactly? Mine regens about <20hrs each time. you can look on youtube there is plenty of people that do some DPF mods ;) I would not recommend it. Its best to just let that machine do what it needs to do. I have not stopped using the machine to do a regen I just bump the RPM's up and do what i have to do. I do have to say the extra time on tractor is really awful when its doing a regen.:p

What transmissions do you guys have on your tractors? I am curious to see if that has an effect on time between regens.

On my 3901hst I have done 4 regens in 128 hours last one was at 77. Now that I'm using it for mostly mowing I'm around 2600 rpm most the time.

3 regens in 50 hours, L3901HST. Get the flashing light, bump the rpms up a little, and keep working. Have not noticed any decrease in power.

mine always seems to want to regen at the most inappropriate time. last regen was 2 days ago at 96 hours. finished working heading back to the house, low on fuel and lightning from an approaching thunderstorm, yeah that's when the light came on. i just parked it and did regen the next evening

With Kubota tractors, DPF problems are really common. They cost you a lot of money and time to dealing with this issues. We understand that it can be annoying to deal with this issues.

With our solution for all Kubota DPF issues, Can-Bus "Kubota DPF Emulator" you can easily fix all this problems and save time and money.

After using our device you will not have the DPF regeneration problem. Also as we are simulating 3 temperature sensors, cold weather is not a problem.

For deleting all DPF errors, DPF deleting, DPF cleaning or simulating DPF temperature 1, temperature 2 and temperature 3 sensors and simulating DPF differential pressure sensors you can easily and effectively use our device.

All Kubota powered vehicles with DPF supported by our DPF Emulator

Canbusemulator, you may want to be careful promoting a product that is illegal in the States. If you search, you will see there has been threads discussing the legality of removing pollution control devices. There are laws that cover manufactures, those that produce such devices, and the end user of the devices. Encouraging a person to circumvent the law on a public forum is not a good post.
