Looks like a D1-3. It may fit one of my machines but I need the inner diameter of the bore and the depth as well. Is it 100 bucks including shipping or 100 shipping extra? What tightens the 5C collet in the chuck body? the chuck key? If you would, what is the TIR on the nosepiece?

I guarantee it's a D1-4.
Check this handy chart:
$100 plus shipping
Turning the t-handle key tightens/loosens the collets.
I always indicated the interior taper- if you just slap it on and tighten unevenly, TIR might be .005-.007.
Tighten gradually while reading a .0001 indicator, and I always got it .0005 TIR, usually less.
