I have to assume you have the HST version ?
If so foot pedal isn't actually in 'neutral' and needs adjustment

Hi
I wonder if you could provide some background for us.
Here are some things that come to mind - but please add what you think might help:

--How long has this been going on?
--What changes were made prior to the creeping?
--Does engine RPM matter?
--Are the service items up to date?

How to stop L3400 Kubota from creeping while in nuteral?
Do you grease the zerks (3x) under the tractor every 50 hours?

For the quick and dirty method, If it's creeping forward, I'll step on the reverse real quick. That mostly stops any movement. You can also drop the implement or FEL to anchor it, too.

YES THIS! I had issues with my HST pedal not always returning to full neutral and discovered that only two of the three zerks were being greased by the previous owner (one of the zerks was covered with caked on mud and looked like it hadn't been serviced in forever). Greasing those three zerks fixed the problem for me.
