L3901 and L3301 don't have idle air control......they're diesel engines.
does have a throttle valve, but it's just an air valve used for things that are unconventional if you are used to gas engines. They don't throttle anything, it just reduces ariflow in certain situations during regeneration and that's all it does to my knowledge. They are not problematic.
Kubota does use OBDII but their nomenclature is completely different than SAE standards. 506 might be an IAC in a gas car but it's gonna be something else on a Kubota since the diesel engine doesn't even have an IAC. Probably a similar deal, loss of idle quality or something along those lines.
