When I bought the tractor the injection pump had a stuck plunger, not allowing the shut off slide to move from the "stop" position, not allowing the engine to start. I took the pump of cleaned and inspected and re assembled. Replacing the plungers ang gear cups the same way they came out. Reinstalled in the engine and the engine fired up and ran great for couple weeks. Until one of the plungers stuck again. Trapping the engine in the "stop" off position. Took the pump off and apart again but I believe I may have made a mistake when I reassembled, because when I reinstalled it, the tractor was getting way too much fuel and would run away causing me to have to shut the fuel off to the pump to kill the engine. I have since took the pump off again, turned the plungers 180° in the gear cups and reinstalled in the pump and reinstalled in the tractor. Now, it's no starting, smokes a little when cranking I've got fuel at the top of each injector. My question is, does anyone have the exploded diagram on this pump (zexel 56424), so I can see if I need to rearrange the plungers and gears inside the pump. Everything moves freely and seems to be as it was when it ran good the last time. But I must have made a mistake because it just doesn't seem like as much fuel is coming out when I crack the injector lines. I would appreciate and help. Thank you.
