I tried to order the 4 in 1 bucket when I bought the new 23s. The dealer said the standard bucket is part of the 23s package and could not just swap it to the 4 in 1 and I pay the difference. I had them price it out and it was quite a bit less expensive to just take the regular bucket and also buy the land pride grapple. That also allowed us to use the grapple on our other bx and still have a bucket on it. I looked long and hard at it for a while.
The 23s fits tight in our dump trailer with no room for extra attachments so the idea of always having both bucket and grapple was appealing. I used to have one on a much larger track loader and it was very handy.
If the 4 in 1 was standard it would make these awesome little machines even more versatile.
I guess they need to meet a price point and not everyone would see the advantages. The bucket is heavier and probably has a bit less capacity. The standard bucket would make the lift capacity look better in the specifications and they also save the cost of installing the 3 rd function as standard.

The label on the bucket list the weight as 85Kg.
Not sure hat that is on the regular bucket but I guess its on the label.
Ive only ever seen the 4in1 other than in pictures.

Over here a 4in1 is more common than not. Its rear not to have one.

I also find it easy to grab attachments rather than have to bolt/pin them on.
Examples are the smudge bar and tow hitch. Can drop and attach from the seat by grabbing in the bucket.

I have clamp on fork tines but will sell them once I modify some I got of a fork truck. Just need to cut them down and weld on a bucket grab like the spreader bar.

I know you can take the bucket off and add for tines and thats great if you need the extra lift capacity. My point is using the bucket grab I can do this in 2-3 seconds. So changing tools is soothing you can do many times in the one job as you need them.

I have 40hrs on this bx so its only new. I looked at others including bigger Kubotas. the only brands that did not have a 4in1 were Chinese ones. These were about 30% cheaper than the BX. However once you optioned it up the same was only marginally cheaper.

Not sure how this compares but the the BX23S with, box blade, canopy, 4in1 bucket, TPH kit was $29K Aud. Id expect that is more expensive but would need to factor in shipping as OZ is a long way to ship

Is there a 4-in 1 bucket available yet for newer ( mine is a 2022) BX23S, with the quick attach bucket system?
There is. I believe there are three different buckets that might work? They might not all be quick attach though.

This is something that's on my radar and I have the printouts somewhere for all three.

I can't get them right now but I'll see about posting pictures of the information.

29,000 Australian dollars is equal to $18,959.91 US dollars. Today a BX23S cost is about $25,500, so your tractor similarly equipped is quite a bit less expensive. The 85 kilograms is equal to 187.393 US pounds. The 0.122M3 (heaped) is equal to the U.S. 269 Pounds less a few ounces.

According to Kubota Canada, the heaped capacity of a Kubota BX23S bucket is 39.62–51.6 ft3, while its struck capacity is 30.9–40.4 ft3. The BX23S is a tractor-loader-backhoe with a loader lift capacity of 745 lbs.
I did find a 2023 LandPride CB0550 4 in 1 bucket for $2,508.00 in Washington State. Fits 60 & 70 Series tractors. I couldn't find a price for the Series 80 tractors but I did find one dealer that has a good description of them. No matter where I looked, every website says "Call for Price", which to me means that they are afraid of scaring off the customer if the price is published.
If I could find one in the $2500 range, I might consider it in place of a grapple since the LandPride grapple for the BX is about $2200.

You'll need a third function kit for one of these FYI.

The CB0546 is apparently the one "designed" for the BX80
Quick attach (SSQA)
47" wide
Single center cylinder
6.8 cu feet
226 lbs
MSRP $2508

CB0550
It says it fits BX60 and BX70 quick hitch (different than the BX80 SSQA) and BX60, 70, and 80 series pin on loaders. So pin on not quick attach.
Designed for BX, B, and LX
50" wide
Double cylinder, one on each side
7.7 cu feet
266 lbs
MSPR $3008

CB06 (I have it listed as a CB06, online it looks like it's a CB0654?)
Designed for B, LX
SSQA
55" wide
Single center cylinder
8.5 cu feet
287 lbs
MSRP $2403

Notes on pin on vs SSQA.
Obviously the pin on gives you an extra 100+ lbs of capacity. At the expense of the hassle to mount/unmount.
So you can hold more in the bucket and you'll also have more tearing out power if you want to grip and rip trees/bushes/ect.
Also, anything that pins onto a BX70 series (and possibly 60 and 50 series?) should pin onto a BX80, even if you have the SSQA (you just unpin the SSQA and pin on the attachment), however you'll need "custom" pins. The 70 or 80 series pins won't work.
This thread details attaching an older pin on to a BX80 loader, along with the link to the pins you'll need.

As Hagrid might say:
You have very limited lift capability, when you put a 4 in 1 bucket on a lawnmower!
